Sleep one of the most overlooked elements of life. Lack of sleep can cause serious mental and physical problems. Good night sleep can provide you with so much. Rather important given this 24/7 connected world many overlook it. Longest period had terrible sleeping pattern, used to bed at various times not getting enough sleep. Based on my memory sleep schedule used to look something like this.
6am – 4pm
3am – 9am
1am – 7am
Past 6 months much better sleep schedule going to bed around 11pm waking up at 8am. Combined with much better mattress feeling loads better. Results are rather striking better mental health and physical. No longer feeling super tired all the time, less grump in the morning. Still not a morning person but situation has improved. Now understand overall importance of bedtimes.
